Delivery Times
I post out prints once a week. After several years of sending prints around the world, I have found average delivery times to be as follows:
Please bear in mind that during the pandemic some postal services are taking much longer than usual. Items sent in November and December can take a long time to arrive, expecially in the USA.
Packaging
Small prints (A4 or smaller) are posted flat. Larger prints are sent in cardboard tubes for maximum protection. Perhaps not the prettiest way to send artwork, but by far the safest.
Variations
I've tried to match the images on the site as closely as possible to the original item. However, screens do differ in the way they display colours so the print may not be exactly as it appears on your monitor/phone/tablet. With hand-printed items there will also be small imperfections and minor differences between individual prints.
Generally speaking, the prints look better in real life than they do online, but If you do change your mind when you see the print in person, I am happy to offer a refund (see below).
Mailing List
I don't have a mailing list.
Returns
Please get in touch if you would like to return a print. Unwanted items should be returned within 30 days and in the original packaging, where possible. Once I have received the print I will issue a full refund.
Non-delivery
If your item is returned to me as ‘undelivered’, I will contact you to request an alternative delivery address. I might also have to charge postage to cover the cost of re-sending the item.
